My prices & terms

My sessions start from £60 with the exception of giving up smoking & hypnoslimmer. Smoking is a set price and Hypnoslimmer varies from each package to suit the individual. War heroes get discounts.

Sessions last between 50 and 60 minutes.

The initial consultation last about an hour. While at the consultation we shall discuss your goals and the out come you would like to achieve.

Most sessions can be resolved within 4-8 sessions. Every client is an individual so this may vary. Some have only needed a couple of sessions. 

All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of your booking.  Deposits are non refundable

If I do not answer the phone when you ring then I am with a client. Please leave a text message or voice mail and I will get back to you.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours..

 
Block bookings, groups, special offers or vouchers. 
These must all be paid for at the start of the session or when placing your booking. Vouchers are only redeemable against that session/sessions that has been purchased and can not be redeemed for cash.
Check that any vouchers are still in date before hand. 
If for any reason you can not make it or have not given the 24 hour cancellation, then all vouchers, groups or special offers that have been booked and missed will become null and void with no refunds given.

Cancellation Policy

Like most therapists I have a 48 hour cancellation policy which I adhere to strictly with the exception of a personal tragedy. In this case I will then waive the cancellation fee. If notice is given less then the 48 hours or a none attendance, then a cancellation charge equal to the cost of that session is payable. Call or leave a text/message, voice mail or email me. 

If you arrive late then your session will still finish at the same time as you have booked it for the 1 hour. Payments are non refundable. Remember it is your time that you have scheduled for and I will not run over my time as other clients are booked in which is unfair to them. 

We have a strict policy that you must not leave any valuables on site. If you do bring anything with you then make sure you take everything with you when you leave. We are not responsible for your belongings. We ask that you leave valuables at home.

Please Turn off any mobile phones, tablets or any device you are using before your session starts. We require no interruptions. Thank you 

Children are not allowed to attend your appointment. Your appointment time is for you and you alone. The only time children will be permitted is if they have an appointment and you are accompanying them.
