Thank you for taking the time to browse my website. I feel it is an important decision when finding a hypnotherapist and one that shouldn't be taken lightly. You need to be able to feel comfortable and at ease with your hypnotherapist. If you do not feel at ease or comfortable then hypno will not work for you.
This is why at Apath we offer a FREE consultation, then that way we are able to discuss your needs and what differences you would like to make in your life, plus you get to know your therapist.
Now about me.
I'm Gaynor Blakeley, I became interested in hypnotherapy when I was younger. This was due to watching stage hypnotherapy on television. I remember saying to myself " wow, that's really good to be able to do all that on stage, I wouldn't mind doing that myself". It then went out of my head for a number of years until I saw an advert on the internet saying a FREE weekend to try Hypnotherapy at Innervisions, yes absolutely FREE. Well I thought it couldn't hurt to go and try it. I went along and must say it is nothing like what you see on television. No you can not make someone walk around like a headless chicken, nor can you make someone rob a bank. This was purely television. But saying that I was absolutely blown away with it all when I was their, so much that I decided to actually do the course. It was a big step for me. But I will tell you this, I am really glad I did it and have never looked back since.
Which has lead me to where I am today. I am passionate about what I do. I offer a warm insight & friendly approach. I am able to put my clients at ease right from the start which is very important to have. My aim is to implement a change so that you can achieve your goals and restore health, happiness, contentment & empowering you to take back control of your life.
I am a professional accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and I am also a Hypnoslimmer Consultant. I maintain full public liability and Indemnity insurance.
I am very approachable and I take the time to understand all peoples circumstances.
I tailor make your session or sessions to suit you. Not every client is the same, we are all individuals.
I take pride in providing the best level of hypnotherapy care that I can for my clients, which gives me immense happiness to know that I have helped people change their lives for the better.
